• CLINICAL FOCUS

I work with individuals and families struggling with a wide range of issues. I have clinical experience and interest in working with clients whose challenges include anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, communication issues, parenting issues, life stage transitions, loss and grief, children/parent relationships, sibling relationships, and family dynamics.

    PHILOSOPHY

I partner with my clients to explore the biological, psychological, and social factors contributing to their struggles. I approach problems systemically, and help my clients view and process their difficulties within the context in which they reside. I believe in personal accountability, self-compassion, and acceptance. I am firmly committed to helping my clients gain greater insight into their lives, and I will work diligently with them to identify the strengths they already possess to overcome obstacles and construct their life story.
